In many ways, Whirly Girly Homestead is a rejection of the box society has built around the way families operate. As a mother I longed to be home with my children, but with the financial strains on our family, it "just made sense" to work outside the home... until it didn't. I left my work in restaurants, a job I loved, to serve where I was needed most, but the financial strain was still present. God sparked an idea within me and it grew from there. I pray our business becomes a call to courage for other women who feel the pull towards their home and family.
